Com mais de 28 mil funcionários, detém 41% do mercado de voos domésticos e 88% dos voos internacionais. Por esta razão, Claudia foi incluída na lista da revista americana Fortune, que engloba as 40 mais influentes líderes empresariais do mundo com menos de 40 anos.

The event will follow the debates on Women Entrepreneurs cycle. The company she presides, TAM, is among the ten largest employers in Brazil and is a leader in the airline industry. With over 28 000 employees, owns 41% from the domestic market and 88% of international flights.
